Procedure to File Complaint

  1. Investors are requested to raise query or complaint lodged by calling our Support Manager at 022-67546740/ 022-67544600
  2. The customer support helpdesk is available between 9:00 am to 6:00 PM on all business days.
  3. Our Support Manager shall register your query and will endeavor to provide resolution for the concerns raised.
  4. Customer interactions are registered with us. Reference number is provided on request basis. The enquiry can be tracked basis the Reference Number on subsequent call.
  5. If the resolution provided does not meet your expectation, you can approach our Grievance Redressal Officer through any of our access channels mentioned on Escalation Matrix on https://www.akstockmart.com/index.php/contact-us/
